We’ve all been there. Should I go or should I stay? Usually it happens when time runs out. Maybe a meeting went too long, maybe traffic wasn’t cooperating and suddenly you’re wondering, “Will it even be worth it?” I know I won’t get my whole routine finished, maybe I’ll modify tomorrow’s routine and do another two-fer. That’s exactly where I was today, but at the last second, I turned on my heels and headed for the gym. Am I really glad I did.
I wasn’t able to go swimming (bummer) but it did allow for me to add time to my biking, elliptical and to rowing. Not a bad trade off, to tell you the truth.
- 20 minutes on the bike.
- 10 minutes on the elliptical.
- 5 minutes on the rowing machine.
- 100 pushups and hanging leg lifts.
