I’ve always loved resistance training. Of course, we called it weightlifting. “You lifting weights today, Sarge?” Over the years, life, responsibilities and access to gyms have hampered my fitness endeavors, but now I find myself in a great spot where I can swim and workout, most days. Join me on my journey. Functional fitness with some strategic bodybuilding are my long term goals. I want to be fit through my sixties, my seventies, and even into my eighties.
