It’s all the rage now. You don’t have to dig too deep to find side by side pictures of a 50 year old in 1970 and a 50 year old in 2024. It’s called reverse aging and there’s a 78 year old doctor from the Cleveland Clinic who has turned his clock back 20 years. If that’s the case, he’ll turn 90 and look and act like a 70 year old. How is that even possible?
He identifies three key focus points: cardio exercise, at least 10,000 steps a day and weight training. That’s it! That’s been his go-to routine. So, what could possibly be his secret? He’s been sticking to this plan for years, if not decades. He will park a mile from work just so he can ensure that he’ll get his 10,000 steps. Do you even need any more motivation?
I don’t know how clear or plain I could be. Exercise is the fountain of youth, plain and simple.
