…was supposed to be yesterday, but for some crazy reason, my swim days are getting easier and easier. Of course, that’s all said tongue in cheek. I’m just getting stronger and my body and muscles are becoming conditioned to the activity. There’s no complaining here. Just curiosity.
What does one do? Do I add laps? Maybe I should cut the length of time it takes to swim 68 laps? That would definitely force me to work harder. I still want to have time to bike, run and row, though. Add to all that the conundrum of really only having an hour and half to be at the gym and I have a dilemma. If I really want the only easy day to be yesterday, then I’ve got my work cut out for me. Next week we’ll have to see what I come up with.
Today was pool day (my happy place): 58 laps, 8 mins on the bike, 4 mins on the elliptical and 3 on the rower.
