What if I’m Just Not Feeling it?

Today, I parked and pocketed my keys and phone and went, “Blah, I’m not even feeling it today.” I don’t really know what it was? Was I just tired? After all, 5:30 am is pretty early by anyone’s standards. Was I inwardly battling my not wanting to do my normal back and bi’s routine? I don’t really know. I just wasn’t feeling it.

Then, I walked into the gym. Guess who was there? Right?

Yep, Jeanette. So, guess what? Yep! I got after it. Back and Bi’s and I killed it. Nothing like a good reminder that I should be extremely grateful for all I have.

1st Combo x4 sets: Wide grip pull downs, close grip seated rows, seated dumbbell curls and crunches.

2nd Combo x3 sets: bent over barbell rows, single dumbbell rows, back raises, and sit-ups.

3rd Combo x3 sets: dumbbell deadlifts, single dumbbell preacher curls, alternating dumbbell curls, Russian twists.
